Senpai Anita Harding

I began my Martial Arts training at the Christchurch Olympic Taekwondo Club at age 16 and trained for 23 years in this style obtaining my 4th Dan black belt at Taekwondo in 2013.

I competed both nationally and internationally throughout my time and instructed the Adult Class at Taekwondo for over 10 years. I joined Seido Karate in 2016 and I am currently a Senpai, 1st Dan Black Belt.

I have the great privilege of assisting Senpai Kate McSweeney with the Gassho programme, teaching the wonderful students from Hohepa Canterbury.
