Jun Shihan Ellen Hampson

Jun Shihan Ellen started her Seido Karate Do training in 1979 in Reefton, affiliated to Eiko Hanshi Andy Barber's Nelson Shibu. Sensei Murray Creighton and Shuseki Shihan Peter Searle were her first instructors. She graded to Shodan in Nelson in 1984. 

Jun Shihan Ellen is both Christchurch Shibu's committee secretary and the National Secretary for New Zealand Seido Karate Do. She offers a Zazen class on Saturday mornings from 7:15am-8:00am.
