Kyoshi Ally Morris (5th Dan)

Kyoshi Ally Morris started training when she was 13yrs of age.  Some of her first instructors were Jun Shihan Murray Stewart and Kyoshi Grant Taylor.

Kyoshi Ally achieved her Shodan in 1997 and in between having two wonderful girls has continued to train consistently achieving Kyoshi in 2015.

In 2011 Kyoshi competed in the North Island Seido National tournament achieving a Silver medal in the Women's Open Senior Sparring.

Kyoshi Ally takes the Green Belt evening class with Kyoshi Lee on Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm .

Kyoshi Ally wishes for her students to be able to walk away from class feeling a sense of achievement, so provides opportunities for them to learn new skills and encourages pushing themselves.

The class is high energy with a focus on correct basic technique, excellent etiquette and strong spirit. Kyoshi Ally works through syllabus with the students and also on sparring techniques and combinations.

Kyoshi Ally enjoys the challenge that teaching brings and is constantly learning about her own karate through this process.
